Easy peasy! Simply connect with me via email through the website or give me a call at 916-474-1148. We schedule a time to chat that is convenient for you. This allows me to answer your questions and for me to hear a little bit about your current lifestyle. If we each think the service is a good fit, we move forward with requests based upon your needs and wants.
By purchasing a book of service, you have the choice to use time for errand running, task completion, shopping, event support, vendor referral services, waiting service and so much more.
Yes, membership is our first level of service. The membership is a great value that helps provide peace-of-mind that your to-do list is always a work in progress. Requests are a high priority and you are being supported confidentially.

- Fee-per-service is accrued by 1/2-hour increment after first 2 hours

Requests can be made 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year via your personal dashboard, email, text, or call. You will be contacted on the next business day during normal business hours. We value time with our families, too! We will be sure to have all projects completed in a timely fashion for special holidays. That way we can all enjoy the time away from work valuing those we care about the most. Holiday closures and special hours will be posted to the website throughout the year.
Request completion time varies widely. Often times errands and tasks can be completed same-day or within 24 hours. But, of course, there are requests that require research, comparisons. quotes, estimates, appointments, etc. We would like you to rest assured that your request will be done no later than expected through our clear communications in working together.
Great question. Requests run the gamut of where life takes us. As long as the requests are legal, ethical, and don’t get anyone in trouble, we are happy to serve. Feel free to peruse the lists of provided services within the website. Your request isn’t listed? Never fear. Please send over the request and we will work together to make it happen, if at all possible.
